Submit CSWF Event Proposal
Why should my organization sponsor a presentation/event at CSWF?
- An opportunity to spotlight your organization’s message – to women from around the world.
- Participate in changing the culture of CSW to include the importance of children, (including the unborn), marriage, parenting, and faith.
- Spread the message that there are many options for a woman to have a successful life.
- Your organization will get a good time slot, at a good venue, for your parallel event.
- You believe in not letting the pro-family and pro-life voice be shut out at CSW.
Steps to Submit a CSWF Event Proposal
Step 1: Decide the theme, program format, and speakers for your 1.25 hour event.
Step 2: Prepare and submit a Concept Note. (See a Concept Note example here.)
Step 3: Complete the form, below – including payment for hosting your event.*
Step 4: Deadline for submission is December 15, 2025.
Step 5: Await notification of event acceptance from the CSWF Organizing Committee (at which time you’ll receive your organization’s date and time slot).
*If your event proposal is not accepted, the $500 will be returned.
